Hotel Portonovo Plaza Expo - Zapopan

The staff were super-friendly lot of the time. The hotel's location was central, in specific areas. Zona Expo district was worth visiting.

The location was amazing and magnificent, just off the main avenues and Plaza de oro " a very big shopping mall with all type of clothing stores. And it was relatively near Restaurante Asahi, ate there couple of times. Our room had a comfy bed and a particularly good view.

I loved that we were just a few steps from the vibrant nightclubs and only about 2 km from Bicentenario Puente de Calderón Park, made strolling around the area such easy and enjoyable experience.

The interior is surprisingly nice compared to the outside. Staff friendly and helpful. WiFi was terrible both days we stayed. Location is decent for passing through.

Family with children must consider it

The pools were nice especially for the kids they had a blast swimming everyday. Really enjoyed the close proximity to the shopping mall made it easy to grab snacks and essentials without hassle.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but for the overall stay it was acceptable.

The room was pretty spacious and had a comfy bed, but the cleaning could've been way better. I noticed some dirty spots on the headboard and the sheets had bleach stains. Plus, the walls are thin-heard everything at night. Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked well, and the view of the pool was nice. Just decent but could improve on cleanliness.
